Every resident’s plan is unique, but the full clinical toolkit is available to everyone who walks through our doors.
Weekly (or more frequent) one-on-one sessions with your primary therapist anchor the entire treatment plan and integrate every other piece of the work.
Board-certified psychiatric providers offer regular evaluation and thoughtful, conservative medication management — always integrated with therapy, never separate from.
Small, facilitator-led groups happen daily — skills-based and process-oriented, where shared experience is part of the medicine.
Specialized clinicians use EMDR, CPT, and somatic approaches to help residents process trauma at a safe, sustainable pace — the goal is release, not re-living.
Yoga, mindfulness, art therapy, journaling, and time outdoors are woven into the week — not as extras, but as part of how the nervous system learns a new baseline.
Meals are prepared on-site and shared together as part of a steady daily rhythm — balanced, nourishing food that supports the body while the real work of recovery takes place.
Trained staff are present around the clock. Whether it’s a hard middle-of-the-night moment or a question over morning coffee, there’s always someone available who is available for support.
Discharge planning begins on day one. Your case manager helps build the bridge home — step-down care, outpatient therapy, peer support, community connections.
With your consent, family members participate in therapy sessions and weekly education programming so recovery is reinforced — not undermined — at home.
We have spared no expense in building our facilities with a comfortable environment at the forefront of our minds. Our mental health centers boast all of the amenities needed to ensure growth for one’s mental wellness journey.

We are contracted with most national health insurance providers, as well as local plans.

Most stays last 30 to 45 days, though length is set by clinical need rather than a fixed schedule. Your treatment team reviews progress regularly and adjusts your plan with discharge planning built in from day one.
Comfortable clothing for about a week, toiletries, any prescribed medications in their original containers, a journal if you like to write, and a few personal comforts. We’ll share a full packing list upon completion of pre-assessment.
Yes. With your consent, family members can participate in scheduled family therapy sessions and visit during designated times. We also offer family education programming to help families understand what inpatient treatment involves and how to support your recovery at home.
Limited phone and device access is available during designated times. We balance the need to stay connected to loved ones with the value of stepping away from the constant work and social media during treatment. Your clinical team will work with you if circumstances call for more flexibility.
We work with most insurance carriers and will verify your benefits at no cost before admission. We’ll walk you through what any potential out-of-pocket cost may look like, and what options are available if coverage is limited.
Discharge and aftercare planning begin early in the treatment process so every resident leaves with a clear, supportive next step. Many individuals transition into outpatient care, continued therapy, or other community-based support services to help maintain progress and stability after inpatient treatment. Our goal is to make the transition home feel gradual, supported, and sustainable — never abrupt.
